1. Payment is required at time of booking or before services are rendered. In order to provide affordable services, focus on patient needs and provide excellent customer service, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. Checks are not accepted.
3. A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions in order to keep our costs down.
